Cuan Mhuire Bruree was opened in 19XX and has been run by Sr Agnes since the early days. The Treatment Centre is situated just outside the village of Bruree in a rural area of County Limerick, close to the town of Charkeville, on the Cork/Limerick border. ​ It is a 136 Bed Capacity Treatment Centre, with a 32 Bed Detox Unit for drug addiction. Both male and female seperate centres.

In 2023 they had 569 admissions and supported 1,233 aftercare attendees
